Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, only if : Defective, damaged, or not as described.
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the limited nature of our collections. If the item meets return conditions, a refund will be processed, and you may place a new order if inventory allows.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@unxsn.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include : your order number, clear photos of the item (in case of damage or error) and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
